The region

The winery is located in the Illasi Valley surrounded by the beautiful hills adorned with vineyards, olive groves and cherry trees.
An area characterized by history, art, culture, food and wine.
The special microclimate of the Illasi Valley has allowed the vineyard to find the ideal conditions for rooting and developing the grape drying technique for the production of Amarone and Recioto wines.
In this wonderful landscape are located the vineyards which produce wines with the denominations of Soave and Valpolicella.
The types of soil on which the vines are grown are two: alluvial calcareous sediments silty texture, sandy and gravelly and calcareous marl. The extent of the property is about 8 hectares of vineyards, mainly cultivated in the“pergola veronese” manner, with an average age of about 40 years.
