Nel 2021 Marco e Valentina danno alla luce un nuovo progetto chiamato “Fiore della vita”, che pone le fondamenta dall’amore che hanno per la terra, per gli uomini, per la natura e la sua spiritualità.

Questo simbolo è portatore di vitalità, fertilità, armonia ed equilibrio.

Il progetto nasce dopo anni intensi di studio e ricerca sulla salute della terra, delle piante, dell’uomo attraverso la comprensione delle leggi naturali. Questo è stato possibile grazie all’approfondimento dell’agricoltura biodinamica e delle pratiche fitoterapiche. Ma non solo. La nascita dei loro tre figli ha dato un forte impulso nel ricercare l’alimentazione e la via educativa più giusta per la loro crescita.

Il loro sogno è quello di creare un organismo agricolo con attività produttive, didattiche, ricreative, artistiche e terapeutiche atte al benessere dell’uomo e dell’ambiente.

Nel 2019 nasce l’idea di Marco di produrre vini vitali, spontanei e liberi. In cantina il vino viene accompagnato, ascoltato e sono ridotti al minimo gli interventi. L’obbiettivo è quello di preservare le forze di vita del frutto originario durante il passaggio di trasformazione uva – vino e di ottenere una bevanda digeribile che dona senso di benessere.

I vini prodotti hanno un livello di solforosa molto basso (< di 20 mg) o assente e sono certificati biologici.

Elena, sorella di Marco, con la sua sensibilità e naturale propensione alla bellezza ha dipinto con i colori ad acquerello le etichette in varie sfaccettature a seconda del colore del vino prodotto.

In 2021 Marco and Valentina have brought to life a new project called ‘Flower of life’, which origins from their love for land, mankind, nature and its spirituality.

The flower symbol is bearer of vitality, fertility, harmony and balance.

The project was born after intense years of research focused on the health of the soil, the plants and also of mankind, through the understanding of the laws of nature. This has been possible only thanks to their studies regarding the biodynamic agriculture innovations. But not only. The birth of their three sons has given them a great impulse to research an alternative educational path for their upbringing.

Marco and Valentina’s dream is to create an agricultural organisation with productive, didactic, recreational, artistic and therapeutic activities that can corroborate to mankind’s development and the environment’s wellbeing.

It was in 2019 that Marco had the idea of creating spontaneous, free and full of vitality wines. In the Cantina the wines are simply supported and listened to, reducing to the minimum any production interferences. The finality of such care is to preserve the life force of the grape in the transformation process from grape to wine, to obtain an easy to digest beverage which gifts the consumer a sense of wellbeing. 

All wines produced have a low sulphurous level (< 20 mg), or completely absent, and are certified as organic products.

Since 2021, the Cantina Mosconi also promotes cultural events and seminars about the wellness field. Yoga classes are practiced regularly on the Cantina grounds, externally and internally.

Marco’s sister Elena, thanks to her natural sensibility towards colours and beauty, has hand painted with watercolours the logo and the bottle labels according to the different shades of the wines.
